Membership Form
We have three membership options available. You can either join the Club as an individual or as a family.
Social membership $40.00 covers your membership to Trainingelite Running Club but do not wish to participate in racing or coaching events. Select this option if you are an individual and wish to compete in races and training runs.
Individual membership $50.00 covers your membership to Trainingelite Running Club. Select this option if you are an individual and wish to compete in races and training runs.
Family membership $110.00 covers your whole family′s membership to Trainingelite Running Club.
Your Club membership fee is invested 100% into the establishment and development of the Club.
The fee supports and enables the following:

| > | subsidising club attendance at local events |
| > | subsidising club social events |
| > | club annual awards |
| > | investing in ICE TAGS which are now included within the membership fee (at no additional cost) |
| > | adoption of an online payment utility to ease the process for the volunteer team but also provides online transactional security |
The Club has also purchased Hi Vis wear for our Run Leaders and have further plans throughout the year to ensure that our members enjoy and benefit from additional activities and events that the club will assess and subsidise or absorb costs for (ie track nights).
We do not and will not share your data with anyone else.

Your data will not be passed on to any third party. It will be stored on a secure server that only named Exec Committee members have access to.
This data is used to facilitate the administration and club communication and is NOT shared with third parties.
Information (ie medical notes) are shared where it is deemed necessary with the Run Leaders so as to ensure your Health and Safety on Club Runs.
When you decide to leave the Club your data will be deleted from the internal servers after 2 months of your membership lapsing.
Periodically we will use third party mailing tools such as mailchimp to send out emails.
